For construction projetcs in Nigeria, Tchad and Quatar, we are looking for an experienced Tender Manager . 

• The Tender Manager is responsible for the technical and pricing aspects voor complex projects, particularly high rise buildings of min. 30 mio euro. 
• You manage team activities toward a competitive and successful contract outcome;
• You analyse the technical scope of tender documents, you propose basic engineering and define cost effective methods of execution;
• You and your team contact suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate prices; you elaborate a detailled budget and planning; 
• You are responsible for the quality of technical documents and for the contract aspects; 
• You orchestrate the creation of the final proposal for the client:

• You have a master in Civil or Industrial Engineering Construction
• You have at least 15 years experience in construction as general contractor and at least 5 years in a Tendering department
• You have an overall view on both the technical, the financial as well as the contractual aspects of tender for complex buildings.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You have good negotiation skils and result oriented.
