Project Manager senior (complex projects) CFE International

For construction projetcs in Nigeria, Tchad and Quatar, we are looking for experienced Project Managers . 

Function Description

You are responsible for the execution of your project  (a building of + 40 mio euro) .
This implies that you are in charge of the financial and budgetary aspects as well as of the technical and legal aspects of this project. Your goal is to obtain a positive result on your project.
You make sure the planning is respected, as well as the contract.
You lead a team of project engineers and site supervisors.
You are the contact person for  the client and  the local authorities.
You make sure that the quality and security procedures are respected.


These projects are situated in Tchad and Nigeria. The execution wil start mid 2012.

Profile

You have a Master in civil engineering or in industrial engineering construction
You have a good knowledge of technical complex domains as well as and site organization;
You have at least 5 years experience as a project manager in the execution of complex International building projects (+ 40 mio euro).  This means that you have had the final responsibility for this project.
You have a good knowledge of contract management;
You are fluent in English.
You are passionate and always looking for excellent results on your projects
You have good negotiation skils and you are customer-minded
