VMA was created in 1968 and is based in
Sint-Martens-Latem. Its subsidiary VMA Slovakia was founded
in 2005 and operates out of Trencin (Slovakia). They became part of
the CFE group in 2007.
The BU Infra department at VMA is specialized in electrical
installations for the tertiary sector, manufacturing switchboards,
lighting, fire and theft detection, access control and low and high
voltage general electrotechnical installations.
The BU Industrie department operates in industrial computing,
robotization, automation and industrial electrical installation
and, development of Building Management Systems.
