The PPP (Public Private Partnership) - Concessions division is one of the five business divisions of the CFE group, all in Belgium or abroad.

This division is specialised in

  • DBFM projects (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain: design, building, finance and maintenance) at small and large scales and project financing.  In return for financing, after building, it creates, manages and deals with the maintenance of the project.
  • port development and management, port engineering consultancy, project management and co-ordination contracts for complex marine developments.

The PPP-Concessions division includes investments in Coentunnel Company (18%), Locorail (25%), parking Turnhout (50%), Cap 3000 Bizerte (25%), PPP Eupen Schule (19%) and Rent-A-Port (45%).
