Created in 1973, Sogesmaint merged its
property management activities with those of CB Richard Ellis in
2006.
Thanks to its extensive international relationships in the
property management field, CBRE has brought new opportunities to
the company.
CFE still has a 68 % stake in Sogesmaint-CBRE, which relocated
to a brand new facility in Etterbeek in September 2009.
Sogesmaint-CBRE manages over 1,500,000 m² of buildings in
Belgium and in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and offers its
clients all types of real estate management services: Property
Management (technical and administrative), Project Management,
Facility Management and Company Management.
